We set up Didcot Counselling Service as we could see the growing need for high quality counselling and psychotherapy in the local area. We have supported individuals with their wellbeing for 15 years.

At Didcot Counselling Service, our aim is to work collaboratively with you, to help you better understand the current / past issues of concern and their impact upon your happiness and relationships. We wish to provide you with emotional support and give you freedom and to align you with your authentic self.

Sometimes it is difficult to be in relationship / friendships with others, regardless of if they are loved ones, friends, or even colleagues. Therapy is always based on building and maintaining a ‘real’, genuine, yet boundaried relationship.
