Fees & How To Begin
When you contact us, we’ll have a brief chat about your situation and put you in touch with your counsellor who’ll arrange an initial meeting. This first meeting will give you the opportunity to see if counselling is for you. It’s an opportunity for you to say a little bit about what you’re stuck with and for you to get a sense of how we work.
We offer counselling both short and long term. We suggest an initial commitment of 8 sessions, after which we can review our work and decide how to proceed. Most of our clients work with our counsellors on an open-ended contract, which means you can stay in therapy for as long as you wish.
Sessions:
Each session will last 50 minutes normally on a weekly basis.
Fees:
We operate a sliding scale depending on personal circumstances of £60 – £80 per session.

What happens in our first session?
The first session is an opportunity for you to talk about what brought you to therapy. Why now? Meeting someone new can be daunting: the aim of the first session is to understand how counselling might be able to help. Perhaps you have questions about how the counselling process works. Please do not hesitate to call if you feel you need to check something out before your first session.
